| Jason England | Workers comp case | After researching local Workers comp lawyers in the Savannah Ga area I came across Ty Wilson. After reading many reviews I decided he was the lawyer I wanted to contact about my case. His website and staff made it extremely easy to get in personal contact with him almost immediately. After a through conversation he told me he was not the right person to take my case. My Case is a defense base act case. So as opposed to learning on the fly and possibly mis representing me he referred me to another lawyer that specializes in DBA case. I was extremely impressed with the fact that he was humble enough to say he wasn’t experienced enough to handle my case. Though I didn’t not end up using his law firm, he will definitely be my first call if the need for a lawyer arises again. |

After researching Workers comp lawyers I came across Ty Wilson. After reading reviews of multiple lawyers in the greater Savannah area I decided he was the lawyer I wanted to represent me.
I filled out the form online and someone from his staff got back to me almost immediately. They put me in contact with Mr Wilson very quickly. After a thorough discussion of my case, he declined to represent me because he wasn’t knowledgeable enough with DBA workers comp cases. So he referred me to another law firm that was.
I was extremely impressed that Mr Wilson had the integrity to admit he wasn’t experienced enough to take my case and learn on the fly, quite possibly hurting my possible settlement. Though I didn’t end up using Mr Wilson’s law firm, if the need ever arises again he will be my first call. Thank you Mr Wilson for your honest and putting me in contact with the appropriate law firm!

I must say this was the best experience I've ever had with an attorney and the staff. Ty Wilson and the staff are very supportive, professional, transparent, and they do care about their clients. I have never experienced this level of concern from a lawyer for their client. Finally, I can share a personal story; for this law firm it is not about them making money...it's truly about what's best for the client!

Normally there is no reason to leave a review if you haven't actually hired the individual, but this time is different.
I reached out to understand my position in a claim Mr Wilson could possibly be lead counsel for. Not only did he thoroughly go through my claim in our conversation, he gave me insight as to what to expect, and also his opinion on the offer I had already received.
I probably got more from a claim he rightfully suggested doesn't require an attorney than some attorneys give their actual clients.
His customer oriented service has the feel of how and why word of mouth spread, pre-internet. So from my mouth to your ears, do yourself a favor and reach out to Ty Wilson and receive the level of customer service I received..... and just imagine if you actually hired him!

Ty Wilson is one of the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to get the best out come for my situation. I went from being blamed for an auto accident with severe injuries and a totaled vehicle to the other party taking responsibility for the accident they caused. All my bills are paid and I even received a settlement. The staff in his office are wonderful. They were attentive to my needs and very friendly and compassionate to my situation. I will be very transparent and totally honest. Ty Wilson hands down is one of the best if not the best workers comp Attorneys in the state of GA. Everyone knows if you are injured at work, them folks be for the employers, Ty and staff made sure to be on point with communication, he explained in detail what I was to expect.
But Ty made sure I understood the process every step of they way, when it came to mediation, he was a bulldog “respectfully… if you looking for an attorney for WC, who is well versed, not afraid and gonna make sure you get everything owed to you. Hands down the best lawyer in town. Ty literally refused to back down from the state while negotiating my case! He got an outcome that was definitely more than I could have imagined. He knows he’s way around the judicial system to say the least. His office is efficient and the communication is constant and consistent every step of way while handling your case. I called this office around 11am for a consultation. Had an appointment set for 3pm with the lawyer. And even though i had hired another law firm. He answered all of my questions with love and honesty! And that is hard to find.... Needless to say i will be returning for all of my cases and i definitely recommend!!!!!

My personal experience with Ty WILSON Law was fantastic. Ty is one of kind attorney, he has high integrity, he was very meticulous handling my case. Though my case was a complex one that involves two different insurance companies as a result of a deer, he still find a way to get positive results to my satisfaction. He is so good of a lawyer that I will not hesitate in a minute to recommend him to someone. He is so humble and personable. His associates in the office are wonderful people, they will assist you to the best of their knowledge and experience, and they are very friendly aswell.

I live in Florida but my case appeared in Georgia and ty Wilson is the best Attorney anyone can ask for . He gets everything done fast and smooth . Not only does he get everything done but he cares about his clients and make sure there okay and aware of everything that’s going on with the client case . Also he has a good office management as support for clients too and always responds to questions and concerns .

They are the real deal. Called me straight back and took time to talk to me without rushing me off the phone. I got a hands free device ticket and he got it dismissed completely. I contacted Ty Wilson Law due for a speeding ticket. He was able to handle my case and it made it so much easier for me since I got the ticket in a different state. I looked around to hire a firm and I came upon Ty Wilson law and was able to quickly get a response. Ty Wilson was able to remove any charges so it wouldn't affect my records. I definitely recommend Ty Wilson Law. You let them know what you need and they will get on it right away. Very easy to communicate as well.

I contacted Ty regarding a speeding ticket I received while driving through Georgia. He answered all of my questions, and made me feel more calm about a super frustrating situation. He from the very beginning gave me realistic expectations, and was super responsive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was lost handing this on my own, and he made it all super simple. Mr Wilson was hired as attorney in a citation GCPD gave me in late August. I searched online by a legal firm and reviews were praising. Online application is extremely easy, payment is secured and can be done easily online; once finished the application and payment, my attorney reached me. He kept me posted all the time regarding the process, advising, and asking questions. Finally the case was settled, a good outcome, rapid guidance toward requested documents and fees were given. I’m really satisfied for the services provided by Mr. Wilson and his legal firm. I Strongly recommend their services.

Worker's comp was in no hurry to get my back better. After over a year of waiting, two surgeries, and still having problems I felt like it was time for a second opinion and to hire someone aggressive enough to get the ball rolling. Mr. Wilson was highly recommended to me by a close friend and I have no regrets. He worked diligently on my case and kept me informed in a timely manner. After a work injury with a company that offered no assistance in helping me correct the problem I started doing my research for an attorney I could work with and trust, not one of those radio advertising firms where you get tossed into a workload with thousands of people and nobody really listens, but a firm that would answer my calls, questions, and remember my name from one conversation to the next. I found Ty Wilson through an internet search and after reading the reviews decided to give him a call. I spoke with Ty personally that day and was very impressed with how he spoke to me and how genuinely concerned he was with my well-being. From that moment I knew I found my attorney. Mr. Wilson stayed in touch with me every step of the way through texts and calls and always showed me a great deal of respect. He worked my case professionally and never put my case on the back burner. We settled up in a reasonable time frame and I was shocked at the small percentage of my settlement that went to him. Much less than any other firm I had spoke with. Ty Wilson will be my attorney for life! He's that good!

I had a worker’s compensation case that was dead in the water after 3 plus years with very little treatment for my injuries. Everything was being denied and the insurance company was taking advantage of me because I wasn’t being represented. So my wife and I started looking for a lawyer to help get something done. We found Ty Wilson Law and it was a blessing.
Without him and his office, my case would’ve ended at least 2 years ago leaving me with no treatment and no settlement. They communicated things with me very well and I was always informed on what was going on with the case. He was able to get me therapy and a new doctor to look at my case. He was even able to help me even though I had moved back to Oklahoma from Georgia.
I am really grateful to him for taking the time to fight the insurance company and workers compensation system. I would have never gotten that far or been able to get a settlement for my case without him. Hands down would recommend his office for anything.

I was in an automobile accident where the driver was at fault, Mr. Wilson secured great chiropractor services, assisted in all of my need and was very responsive with all my questions (even before officially obtaining his services). There was never a problem with communication and Mr Wilson handled my case in an extremely timely manner, while keeping my best interest in mind and keeping me updated every step of the way. In the end I was satisfied with the outcome of his services and I highly recommend him if you ever find yourself in a situation where you may need his services. Although I hope I won’t again, he is definitely the man I’ll be returning to if I ever have this problem again.
