So here we go. If you will introduce yourself. Hi, my name is Janella.

I’m from Douglasville. Douglasville, Georgia. Yes.

All right. Thank you. Thank you for taking the time to tell us a bit about your story.

Can I ask you, before you got in touch with Ty Wilson Law, what was going on with your, you’re obviously a worker’s compensation claim, so you were hurt on the job. What was going on at that time before you contacted us? Before I contacted you, I was having issues with their third-party company. I guess their workers’ company, my job’s workers’ company.

I was having issues with them. They were trying to say I was lying and whatnot. But I had to get too involved because, I mean, why would I lie? So I did a few phone calls and I said, OK, I got to contact this guy.

Well, that brings me up to another question. How did you hear about us? Through a coworker. A coworker, he’s working with you.

I think he’s still working with you. I’m not sure. All right.

We won’t say his name. Yeah, no, no, no. I think he’s still working with you.

And I called him. He said, yeah, he’s great. Contact him.

So he gave me your information and here we are. I will get that name off of this video and we will talk later. So when you contacted us or when you were looking for a law firm to help you, were you, was there anything you were nervous or unsure about? Yes, I was nervous because I was like, here I am getting her at work.

And then they’re thinking I’m not. And how am I going to get all my medical, like my therapy or if I need surgery or any of that stuff? I mean, I’m like, nah, I got to contact him. So I was, I was feeling incompetent.

That’s how you say it, I guess. Yeah. Well, tell me this.

Um, what made you feel like we were the right ones? I don’t know if you spoke with other attorneys or not, but what made you say, you know what, I’m comfortable. Let’s, let’s go with Ty Wilson law. Um, no, I did not talk to any other law firm.

Um, so the minute my friend, my coworker told me about Ty’s Wilson’s, um, law firm, I went ahead and I said, okay, that’s it. I’m going with him. We’re glad you did.

We’re certainly glad you did. So obviously we were able to kind of move your case along. I won’t go into details.

I believe shoulder issues, right? Yeah, shoulder. Yes. And, um, got you the medical care you needed and, um, got you the weekly checks.

Yes. We’re ultimately able to resolve the claim and get that, um, completely done. Hopefully to your satisfaction.

Yes, definitely. Looking back now, how do things feel compared to kind of where you started before you ever got in touch with us? Great. Cause at first I was like, okay, how am I going to get paid my medical and all this? And now it’s like, Oh, something off my shoulder.

Um, how was working with our office as far as how was, how did that make any type of difference for you? That was great. You’re you and your team. Great.

Great. Any, uh, any more elaboration on that? Why do you think we’re great? We love it. Don’t get me wrong.

Cause, um, as a Victoria, Victoria, if I couldn’t get ahold of you, I was able to get ahold with Victoria and if you couldn’t contact me, I know she was able to contact me and, you know, uh, the emails, texts, calls, everything, you name it, or anything that I needed. You will send it through mail or email. Everything.

I mean, great. Well, thank you. Communication is a big thing for me.

And, uh, I know that one of the number one complaints of attorneys is they don’t communicate. So we may over-communicate, but you’re going to know about your case. And we want you to know as soon as something happens, obviously, uh, we want to reach out to you.

Um, let me just ask you one other thing. If someone else is watching this video and they’re on the fence and don’t know, should they reach out to Ty Wilson Law or not, what would you tell them? Okay. For anyone out there who’s thinking about hiring you guys, go ahead, go ahead and do it because Mr. Ty Wilson and his team, they are wonderful.
