Nicole, let’s talk. Let me ask you a few questions before you got in touch with Ty Wilson Law, what was going on in your life? At the time I injured my back and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to go back to work or not sure. Like I was just unsure of everything that was going on after injuring my back.
And so how did that leave you feeling? I felt unease, mistreated. I was feeling like overwhelmed. Okay.
So how did you first come across Ty Wilson Law? At the time I was in physical therapy and the therapist suggested that I give you guys a call. What was it like trying to find the right law firm at that point for you? To be honest, I really wasn’t looking for a firm, but because of what was going on and what was being said to me, I just felt like I need to reach out to someone. And that was you.
And to me, I felt like you gave me the confidence and you showed me that I can trust you guys. And that’s what I was looking for. Well, thank you.

How do you feel things are now compared to where they were when you started with this claim? I feel happy. I feel content. Like I get to work.
I’m socializing more. So I feel way better. That’s good.
So how was it working with our office? It was excellent.
